Chad has been fishing for more than 25 years and is in pursuit of fish year round. When not working, Chad is either punching holes in the ice, seeking great winter panfish and walleye action, or on the open water in pursuit of walleye, bass & musky.
Over the past 7 years Chad has “caught the addiction” & dedicates the months of May thru November to primarily catching big muskies! Chad has found great success in landing many big fish from MN, WI to IA and attributes his success to “paying attention to details, hard work & the tools/baits available at Blue Ribbon Bait & Tackle.”

Travis Hultgren
Travis has been fishing muskies and other game fish in Minnesota and Wisconsin for more than twenty years. He has placed in multiple tournaments and placed first in three, including the latest being the 2011 George Wahl Memorial Musky Tournament.When he is not fishing he is owner and manufacturer of Musky Mafia Tackle, where he hand ties and assembles many great lures. Travis lives in the Twin Cities metro where he has landed many good fish. He also fishes Leech Lake a lot up in Walker MN.

Ryan McMahon
Ryan has been fishing muskies in Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 15 years. He lives year round in the Twin Cities Metro area and guides on many prime musky waters. Ryan is also a published writer in Musky Hunter Magazine. He focuses on teaching fundamentals and techniques as well as seasonal musky location to his clients. Ryan is happy to fish with both the veteran and the rookie musky angler. One thing you can count on in Ryan’s boat is enthusiasm and a great work ethic. Kevin Kiewel
Kevin has worked at Blue Ribbon for 8 years now and has helped out Josh on local guide trips. Kevin is a fisherman. Every waking moment for Kevin is spent out on the water fishing or talking about fishing at the shop.
Although muskies are Kevin's favorite fish, he is very good at catching everything else that swims in our local lakes and rivers. He is probably one of the most talented anglers in his age bracket. Kevin has put numerous big catches in the boat for clients including walleyes over 11lbs in the metro.
